Virtual Pc Assistant has an obligation to conduct its service in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations and laws. We are committed to helping all Users act in a way that preserves trust and respect. This Code is meant as a guide to using our Site appropriately and must be followed at all times. Breaches of this Code are handled according to our Violations Policy will result in disciplinary action, up to, and including, account termination.
The below guidelines are applicable for both users and Virtual Assistant.

Users hereby are responsible for the content they send:
that will not infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights
that will not violate any laws or regulations
that will not violate terms & conditions of VPA
that will not transfer content that is defamatory
that will not transfer content which is obscene or contains child pornography
that will not contain any malicious programs intended to damage system
that will not create liability for VPA or harms its reputation & operations

Users/ VPAs behavior:
I will act ethically and with integrity
I will comply with all of VPA's policies
I will respect the rights of VPA's/ users
I will not abuse confidential information, or participate in any other illegal practice
I will have regard for Users'/ VPA's interests, rights and safety
I will not harass, bully or discriminate
I will not falsify my own or any other identity and I will provide true and correct information.
I will not agree to do work if I am not capable of doing
I will not abuse the services offered by VPAs
I will not engage in personal attacks or unfair criticism
I will respect confidentiality & privacy
I will not disclose information acquired other than required by law
I will not engage in fraud
I will not use the site for illegal transfer of funds
I will not spam the website
