If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a services, We invite You to review our policy on cancellation and refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Your Subscription Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Subscription before beginning the project.
However, miscommunications (if any) can be sorted out with a simple communication before the cancellation.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 07 days from the day on which We received your request for cancellation & confirmed by us; unless otherwise.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellation
In order for the Cancellation of the Subscription, please make sure that:

The Subscription was purchased in the last 24hrs
The Project is yet to be started
The project is not in progress

Partial Refund
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any service that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only Subscriptions may be refunded within 24hrs. Unfortunately, the ongoing projects cannot be refunded.

However, they can be cancelled at any time.
This exclusion may not apply to You if You haven't started the project yet & yet to start.
No refund takes place once the project is completed.
